Joshua Mull

Agency Principal

Joshua Mull is the Agency Principal. Joshua loves insurance and prides himself on being an insurance nerd. He truly loves this business and finding the best practices, procedures and information to help his clients, team members, and partners. Joshua was a former college basketball player, and he is still active on the court playing in local leagues. He has even coached High School and now even the youngest ages including his own kids. Josh has a heart for his community and faith, having at one time served in the role of Children’s Pastor and as a member of the Board at Hamilton Christian Center as well as other Boards like S2. Most importantly Josh loves his wife and kids and their giant English-Mastiff dogs, without them he wouldn’t be the person he is.

Julie Steele

Account Manager

Julie is an Account Manager at Lighthouse Agency Insurance, licensed in Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health, and licensed in Ohio and Indiana. With 32 years of insurance experience, Julie brings knowledge, dedication, and a genuine passion for helping clients understand their coverage. “Helping clients with their insurance needs has been a passion of mine,” she says. “I believe the best client is a well-informed client.” Outside the office, Julie and her husband, Tony, love traveling, home renovations, Sunday drives, and checking off their bucket list. She treasures time with family and with friends who are like family — though the best time of all is spent with their two grandbabies, Saylor and Bodhi. And after years of working on it, Julie finally taught her cat, Lucy, to walk on a leash. Lucy now travels with them to their cabin in Kentucky, living her best life.

David Fields

Personal & Commercial Lines Account Manager

David is an Account Manager for both Personal and Commercial Lines. David joined the Agency in 2021. He enjoys working for a "people first" company that prioritizes helping customers to make informed decisions and making sure they are properly covered. Prior to coming to Lighthouse David worked at Humana pharmacy and part time as an audio engineer at Hamilton Christian Center. In addition to working Lighthouse, David does freelance audio engineering and music production. Outside of work David is enjoying life as a newly wed with Wife Chelsea. Together they enjoy kayaking, traveling, and playing with their Puppies Franklin and Winston.

Haley Heidorn

Inside Sales

Haley is on our inside sales team for personal lines and is excited to help you with your insurance needs. Haley and her partner, Dave, have 3 boys, 13, 7 and 6 and recently welcomed their daughter into the world. She spends most of her time cheering on the boys at the baseball fields, reading, enjoying the outdoors, and playing with the family dog, Ribbi.

Daniel Cobb

Producer

Daniel Cobb is one of our Producers. With a combined 8 years in sales/customer service experience, he uses his knowledge to promptly address and assist the needs of our clients. Prior to joining Lighthouse Agency in 2021, Daniel served as a full-time member of the Ohio Air National Guard, where he now serves part-time as a Materiel Controller. Outside of the Office, Daniel and his wife Sydni welcomed their daughter Keaton Olivia into the world January 25, 2022. He also enjoys trips to Brookville Lake, playing basketball with friends, and hitting the softball fields for weekend tournaments.

Producer

Greg Burch is a producer with Lighthouse agency. He has been a part of Lighthouse Agency for 25 years and enjoys helping people meet their insurance needs. He is married, has two beautiful daughters and four adorable grandchildren.

Account Manager

Debbie is an Account Manager licensed in Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health, and brings more than 30 years of insurance experience to the agency. She got her start at Allstate Insurance before moving into the independent agency world, and outside the office, the loves of her life are her two grandbabies. What she enjoys most about her work: being able to serve her clients with a wide variety of carriers to choose from, rather than a one-size-fits-all option.

Trinity Ellis

Customer Service Representative

Trinity Ellis is a Customer Service Representative at Lighthouse Agency Insurance. Born in Germany, Trinity spent her early years in Germany and Italy before her family moved to Ohio in 2009. Outside the office she is a dedicated hockey fan — the Washington Capitals above all — and she and her boyfriend, Sam, have been together for more than four years. Her hobbies range from reading and gaming to cross-stitching and playing her trumpet. She also shares her home with Eugene, a leopard gecko she has had since 2020, named after the character from Tangled. And to mark her high school graduation, she went skydiving.

Sherry Hoskins

Marketing Director

Sherry Hoskins is the Marketing Director at Lighthouse Agency Insurance, bringing more than 25 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience and a passion for building lasting relationships. As a former independent agency owner, she enjoys combining her insurance expertise with creative marketing to better educate and serve clients. Outside of work, Sherry enjoys floral design, candle making, spending time with her husband, and cherishing every opportunity to make memories with their six grandchildren.

Taylor Hester

Producer

Taylor is a Producer at Lighthouse Agency Insurance, licensed in Property and Casualty insurance in the state of Ohio. A Cincinnati native, Taylor brings a perspective to insurance that few advisors can match — he’s a full-time firefighter paramedic with 18 years in public safety, which means he has spent nearly two decades showing up on the worst day of someone’s life. That experience shapes how he approaches coverage: he has seen firsthand what happens when a family is properly protected, and what happens when they aren’t. Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University. He and his wife live on the west side of Cincinnati with their two dogs, and when he’s off the clock you’ll find him camping or out on his motorcycle.
